Have you ever tried to get your old Uber receipts? Let me save you the search: it’s beyond difficult.
They have a new user interface that’s actually a pop up on your screen that makes you have to scroll through each and every ride. This is absolutely wonderful for you if you need recent ride information, but beyond a few rides, you’re out of luck because their dates don’t even include a year. So if you’ve successfully scrolled all the way back to January, you won’t actually know if that’s January 2022, 2021, or even before then.
In fact, to add to your headache of trying to find old Uber receipts, you’ll only be able to view 3 entries at 100% resolution on your screen at a time. Imagine having to scroll through years and years worth of ride receipts. It’s a nightmare. Case in point:
Now, you can always ask their customer service if they can send you the data. You will need to request this on their app, and not by email since they don’t monitor any email address accounts. Unfortunately, even if it’s your own data, they will make you jump through hoops to get it. See the message from Uber customer service below:
