- If you are a new cloudHQ user click “Sign up Now” button
- Select “Use Google Gmail ID” to create an account and
- Click “Create Account” button
- cloudHQ is requesting permissions to access your Google account
- Select an account that you would like to use
- Click “Continue” button
- Do you want to configure synchronization and replication?
- Click “Yes” button
- Click “Google Docs” image button to add Google Docs service to cloudHQ
- Select “I want to add Google Apps for personal use”
- Click “Add Google Account” button
- cloudHQ is requesting permissions to access your Google account
- Select an account that you would like to use
- Click “Continue” button
- cloudHQ is requesting access for Google Docs products
- Click “Grant access” button
- Select Goggle Docs folder
- Click “Select Folder” button
- Click “Droopbox” image button to add Dropbox service to cloudHQ
- cloudHQ redirects you to link to your Dropbox account
- Type Dropbox username
- Type Dropbox password
- Click “Log In” button
- Dropbox is authorized
- You need to specify Dropbox RSS feed of your Dropbox account
- If you don’t have RSS feed, click on Dropbox link to find RSS feed
- Go to Dropbox page
- Select “Events” tab
- Click “Subscribe to this feed” button
- Click “Copy to clipboard” button to copy Dropbox RSS feed to clipboard.
- Paste Dropbox RSS feed in the specified text box of cloudHQ form
- click “Save” button
- Browse Dropbox folders
- Select Dropbox folder
- Click “Select folder” button
- Click “Start Realtime Continuous Synchronization” button.
- Real time synchronization is started
- Click link to see synchronization console.
- Synchronization is running
- Sync folders (Google Docs and Dropbox) are visible
