Step 2: Select Emails to Bulk Forward
There are three ways to select a group of emails to forward in bulk:
- Select emails manually to forward

Here’s how to do each of these:
Select emails manually
To forward a small group of emails, select the emails you want to forward, then click the arrow icon in your toolbar:

If you have a large group of emails to forward, start by gathering them together in a Gmail label.
Then hover over the label, select the three dots that appear, and choose “Forward all emails in the label.”
Forward every email in your Gmail account
To forward every email in your Gmail account, select any email in your inbox, click the arrow icon, then choose “Migrate all emails.”
