If you’d like to create unique email templates, it’s a simple four-step process:

    1. Open a new Google Docs document.
    2. Design your template in Docs.
    3. Use the Convert Google Docs to Gmail Drafts Chrome extension to import the template into Gmail  with a single click:

 

 

 

 

    1. Save the template in Gmail:

 

 

 

 

Once you’ve saved your template, it will be available to use with any email message you create in the future.
