1. MailKing: Black Friday Sale Email Marketing Software
Imagine this: Black Friday is around the corner, and your inbox is brimming with potential. You’re not just sending emails; you’re crafting an experience. That’s where MailKing, a versatile black Friday email marketing software, swings into action.

Here’s how to get it.
- Go to MailKing and click on the “Add to Chrome” button.
- Click on the new “Campaigns” button in your Gmail inbox
- Select “New Email Campaign”
- Name your email campaign
- Upload your email list here. You can upload it as a:
- Google Sheet
- CSV or Excel file
- Google contacts
- Or manually enter them one by one
- It’s noteworthy to explain that if you upload a spreadsheet of any kind, your top row columns become your merge tags. You can learn more about that here.
- Enter your email subject line, and select an email template by clicking on “Choose Template.”
- You can scroll through the entire library, but that can be exhausting since you’ll have access to over 1500 professionally designed email templates!Instead, we suggest using the search bar and typing what you’re looking for. In this case, we’ll be searching for “Black Friday” and then scroll through.Once you find the one you like, click on it to customize it.
- Once you click on the one you like best, it will automatically load into the email editor. We chose the following one:
- To edit the email template, simply click on any section of the email, and change the copy, the images, the links or anything else you want to change.
- Once you’re happy with your email, scroll down to the bottom left of the template, and click on preview. You can then see how it might look on mobile as well as on a computer screen to the right of the preview button. Toggle between them all to ensure the look is exactly as you like it.
- Then you’ll have the following to fill out:
- Link tracking, which means that it will track who clicks on your links. We find this feature extremely beneficial for your email statistics, and highly suggest you enable it.
- You also have the option to add a BCC email, typically provided by your customer relationship management (CRM) system. While this step is optional, if you do have a CRM system and wish to keep a copy of this email in your CRM records, feel free to enter that email address. This ensures seamless integration and keeps your communication streamlined.
- Lastly, you are just about ready to send! You can schedule your email campaign, however, we require you to agree to Gmail send limits (~2000 emails per day), as well as you taking an oath that your email complies with the CAN-SPAM act.When you’re ready, just click on “Schedule” and your email will go out on your desired day and time.
- You’re recipient will get your email just as you intended.
- When your recipient clicks on the email, it will open up beautifully and prompt your recipient to shop! Your email was a success!

2. Email List Generator
Don’t worry if some contact details are missing in your emails; this app fills in the gaps by finding additional information online, like their employer, job title, and social media profiles. It even keeps track of the little things, like when they last opened your email. Here’s how to get it:
- Go to Email List Builder and install the extension.
- Click on the new contact card icon that you’ll find on the top of your Gmail inbox.
- You’ll be forwarded to a popup. Just click on the button that says “Create Spreadsheet with My Contacts.”
- You’ll be prompted to select which emails you want cloudHQ to collect your email list from: all emails, emails from a specific time period, or emails in a particular Gmail label. This flexibility allows you to tailor your list to fit your exact needs.
- And finally, you’ll get your entire email list that you can now use in your email campaign for Black Friday. The email contact list will be created in your own Google Sheets account and saved there for you to access at any time.
3. Remove Bounced Email Addresses

- Install Export Emails to Sheets
- Select the “all emails” box to start the wizard
- Select the “Save to” button on top
