To use a mobile Gmail template, simply go to your Gmail app, compose a new email, click on the 3 dots, select “Insert from Email Templates by cloudHQ,” choose your email template, customize your message, and send. That’s it!
Since all of our templates are fully customizable and shareable, they’re a great way to bridge the gap between marketing and sales, and to keep branding assets consistent. You can customize or create as many Gmail templates as you want, and then share them so salespeople (or the whole team!) can use them anytime, anywhere.
Here’s how you do it in 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Get Mobile Gmail Templates by cloudHQ from the Google Workspace Marketplace
On your desktop, just follow this link to the Google Marketplace to get started. Click anywhere on the long Install button just below the title. That’s it! You’re ready to start your mobile Gmail templates!
Step 2: Select an Email Template
On your phone, navigate to your Gmail app. Then click Compose, as you would to start any email. You’ll notice 3 dots in the Compose Email frame, tap on them. Once you’ve tapped on the 3 dots, you’ll see a menu at the bottom of your email where one of your options is “Insert from Templates by cloudHQ.” Tap on that next to scroll through our free library of email templates. Find the one you like, and personalize it.
