1. Use the Find a Time Feature

Sometimes it can be a nuisance to schedule a team meeting or a big family reunion. Today’s world keeps everyone busy. You must ensure that the meeting isn’t overlapping with anyone’s plan or clashing with other important meetings, so it doesn’t cause anyone inconvenience.
Simply add people to the guest list and then use the Find a Time feature to see an opening in everyone’s calendar. This is an excellent feature that helps you manage time wisely.

2. Turn on the World Clock

Do you work with global clients or employees? When working with remote workers, you can never be sure if you are reaching out at an appropriate time.
You can turn on the world clock by enabling it in settings. Go to settings and find the Language and Region tab. Scroll down to World Clock and select “show world clock.” You will now be able to see different time zones. This can help schedule meetings in one go, and no back and forth is required to ensure its working hours on the other side of the world.

3. Create Multiple Calendar

When setting up the event, go to “more options” and select the drop-down menu on top that says “does not repeat.” You will get several options like weekly, annually, etc. Select the one that suits your needs, fill in other details, then sit back and relax.

5. Receive Email for Each Day’s Meeting Agenda

You can use Google Calendar as your personal assistant and ask it to give a complete rundown of the day first thing in the morning. This feature will help you get ready for the day. To turn this feature on, go to the tiny gear on the top right, which gets you to the settings. Go to the “Settings for my Calendar” tab on the navigation pane. If you have multiple calendars, select the one you require. Click “other notifications” and find “daily agenda.” Now change the option from none to “Email.”
